Langtree lures accountants to Connect

PROPERTY group Langtree has recruited a new tenant to its Connect Business Village devlopment in north Liverpool.

Accountancy firm  GLF Richards & Co has taken a 1,337sqft two-storey office on a five-year lease.

Donna Parry Richards, owner of GLF Richards and Co, said: “The decision to relocate from Liverpool city centre to north Liverpool was made easier by Connect Business Village’s excellent location which allows access to the North West motorway links and its close proximity to the city centre, along with the high quality of the offices.”

Completed a year ago, Connect Business Village totals over 60,000 sq ft of office space, including an 18,000 sq ft Centrix Business Centre providing serviced offices and pay-as-you-use conference facilities.

Jayne Furnival, senior property manager at Langtree, said: “We are delighted to welcome another occupier to Connect Business Village, taking this part of the site up to 46% occupied.

”Connect Business Village is the first of its kind to the north of Liverpool’s business district and offers everything a business needs to be centrally located but without the city centre prices.”

Langtree’s partners for Connect Business Village are the NorthWest Development Agency (NWDA), Government Office North West, through the Atlantic Gateway Programme, the Homes and Communities Agency (formerly English Partnerships) and Liverpool Vision.

The joint agents for Connect Business Village are Keppie Massie and Roy Backhouse & Co.
