Contract boost for Preferred Office Environments

NORTH West office design and fit-out company Preferred Office Environments has continued to boost its order book.

The £10m turnover company based in Sale, Greater Manchester has been appointed by developer Emsix Holdings to refurbish its premises into a serviced office in Macclesfield.

Emsix is refurbishing the exterior of the building and will start marketing the suites in November.

The company, which employs 20 people, recently won a multi-million pound contract from PZ Cussons for its new 40,000sq ft headquarters near Manchester Airport.

The contract, which includes a gym, glass folding walls and a dining area, will last 13 weeks and begins in December.
