Paragon wins £1m fitout job for social housing HQ

PARAGON Interiors Group has won a £1m contract to fit out social housing landlord Helena Partnerships’ new 23,000 sq ft headquarters.

The contract, which was won through a tender process, saw Paragon beat a number of other firms to secure the contract. The work is expected to commence in August and is expected to take eight weeks to complete.  Paragon is a Nottingham-based fit-out contractor which opened a dedicated North West office in Manchester last year.

Alongside the office space for staff, Paragon will also fit-out a new a meeting space for use by local residents and community groups.

Andy West, head of Paragon North West, said: “We are delighted to have won the Helena Partnerships contract, which is testament to the team’s hard work in presenting innovative, fresh and affordable concepts.

“The size of the contract along with the prestigious nature of the client, meant there was a lot of interest and competition in the tender and the win reinforces our prominence as an all-encompassing fit-out service.”

Helena Partnerships is a St Helens-based housing association responsible for more than 12,500 properties.
