Claremont wins AMS HQ contract

NORTH West office fit out company Claremont Group Interiors has won a contract from Cheshire-based Advanced Medical Solutions for its new headquarters.

Warrington-based Claremont has already begun the project at the 138,500 sq ft building at Premier Park Industrial Complex in Winsford.

Working alongside Fletcher Architects, Claremont will design and fit-out of the reception, boardroom, restaurant, kitchens and laboratories.

 With the added challenge of designing the building around the relocation of great crested newts, the new HQ is also one of the first in the country to utilise “solarwall”; a renewable energy source that features perforated cladding to capture the sun’s warmth and supplement the building’s heating system.

AMS, which is listed on the AIM market, designs, develops and manufactures innovative products for advanced woundcare and wound closure.

“We have worked closely alongside Fletcher Architects to develop a concept which we feel successfully aligns both the tenant’s and developer’s vision and we are confident that the results will speak for themselves.”
