Software firm plays Poole

SPECIALIST Lancashire-based software firm Technopoly has expanded into the south.

The Rawtenstall company, which is behind a garment stock management system, ApparelGMS has opened an office in Poole, Dorset.The new facility will offer customers training and support services.

Graham Helliwell, director of business development, said: “We have an ever-growing customer base in the south of England, right from Exeter in the South West up to Cardiff and Bristol and right across to the Thames Estuary.

“It simply made sense to be nearer to this important client base. From Poole we can get to the M25 area in about one hour rather than the three it takes from the North.

“This will make us even more responsive and efficient and also help us offer a better service to all of our customers.”
