Trio of deals boosts Servicepower’s coffers

SERVICEPOWER, the Stockport-based software company which produces a product for monitoring field staff, has signed two new deals and a renewal with an existing customer which it estimates will be worth around £2.9m.
The company has signed two deals for its ServiceScheduling software package – one with an existing North American customer and one with US-based food safety company Steritech.
It has also signed an additional deal with UK-based emergency home repairs business Homeserve to add the ServiceOperations software package to the ServiceScheduling deal it already has with the firm.
Mark Duffin, CEO of ServicePower, said: “These contract wins are evidence of the momentum ServicePower is currently experiencing in the outsourced services and field management industry.
“We are delighted that two long standing customers have chosen to expand their use of our software. We are pleased to also welcome a new customer, Steritech, which sees our entry into the food retail market.
“ServicePower continues to add to its customer base, building revenue visibility for this and future years. We believe the strength of our product set and the results we are delivering for our customers, in terms of enhanced efficiency and customer service, mean we are well placed for future growth.”
