Service Source looks for more space in Liverpool

A US Technology company which opened a 12,000 sq ft European Service Centre base in Liverpool last year is looking to substantially increase its presence in the city.

San Francisco-based Service Source took on around 260 people when it opened its UK base at Bruntwood’s The Plaza building in Liverpool last August.

The company works with healthcare and software firms by increasing the number of maintenance, support and service contracts sold to their core customer base and sharing extra revenues and commissions with its clients.

TheBusinessDesk.com understands that the firm currently has a requirement in the market for 30,000 sq ft of office space in Liverpool.

It has investigated a number of potential locations, although Bruntwood will clearly be keen to keep the firm as a tenant and it has recently begun converting space vacated by the Home Office into serviced offices at The Plaza.

Service Source was contacted by TheBusinessDesk.com, but no reply was received.
