Fee income leaps at ReThink

RECRUITER ReThink Group expects to report a surge in half-year sales and income.

In a trading update, the Manchester company said sales should be up 27% on last year during the six months to June 30.

Net fee income for the period is expected to be around 30% ahead.

Last month the firm bought Irish business Berkley Recruitment in a deal worth an initial £2.34m, rising to £3.65m depending on future earnings.

ReThink said its full-year figures will include six months of trading from Berkley and will be “significantly” ahead of market expectations.
