Media Mix: Capital move for Big Dot Media & more

CHESHIRE digital marketing firm Big Dot Media has opened an office in London.

The Nantwich firm, which says year-on-year sales between January and May this year are up 100%, has opened a satellite office on Grays Inn Road in Bloomsbury.

Steve McGrath, MD at Big Dot Media said: “The opening of a London office reflects the increasing level of business we are doing in London, and the general demand for our services in the South East, so I will be dividing my time between the two offices while we build the team in London and supplement the team in Cheshire.”

Big Dot Media specialises in web development, e-mail marketing and social media integration.

FAST Web Media, which has offices at MediaCityUK and alos in London  has developed a new suite of websites for the international Leaders Sports Summit.

The summit will bring together some of the global sports industry’s most influential figures and decision makers.

As part of their search engine optimisation tasks, FWM performed a comprehensive SEO audit on all Leaders sites and advised on how to bring the platforms in line with industry best practices.

NORTH West PR and marketing outfit has been appointed by Farrow & Ball, a producer of traditional and modern paints and wallpaper, to provide PR support for its new Manchester showroom.

Manchester is the company’s second showroom to open in the North West.  Up until now the region has been served by a range of stockists and a Farrow & Ball showroom in Wilmslow.

Owl won the work based on its creativity and homes retail experience.

MANCHESTER’S Tangerine PR, and its sister agency, Juice Digital, have been selected to launch Notalie – a doll aimed at little girls.

Notalie has been created to help encourage little girls to stay children for longer and continue to engage with creative play.

Tangerine will be responsible for maximising media coverage around the launch of Notalie which will be via a dedicated website, www.Notalie.com, which is expected later this month. Juice will be helping with the launch Notalie online via Facebook and Twitter.
