Avid opens office agency arm
AVID Property Consultants has opened a new office agency arm based in Manchester city centre.
The firm, which already provides project management, development monitoring and building surveying consultancy from a base in Chester, has appointed Justin Rouse to head the new service.
He has more than 15 years’ experience of the North West property market, most recently with Manchester-based P3 Property Consultants.

Avid was set up by Jones alongside Jeremy Powell, Mark Searle and Richard Street in 2010. Its clients include Aviva Investors, Standard Life Investments, F&C REIT Asset Management, U.S.S, AXA, Hill Dickinson, University of Manchester and Muse Developments.
