Knight Frank to market Abito’s commercial space

KNIGHT Frank has been instructed by Infinity Asset Management to dispose of the ground floor commercial space at the Abito apartment complex in Salford Quays.

Knight Frank has been instructed as joint agents to market 5,700 sq ft of ground floor space across two units on the waterfront at Clippers Quay.

Unit One overlooks the water and provides 4,490 sq ft on ground and mezzanine levels. Unit Two is 760 sq ft facing onto the entrance road to the development.

Each would be suitable for office, retail or leisure use.

Daniel Bourmad, partner, Knight Frank, said: “The Abito development benefits from an attractive waterfront location and the available accommodation benefits from double height floor to ceiling glazing which allows excellent levels of natural light in a modern working environment.”

Knight Frank joins Canning O’Neill as joint commercial agents for the scheme, which was bought by Infinity in March 2010.
