Seddon snaps up Allen House for £1.55m

A 1960s-built industrial unit in Bredbury, Greater Manchester has been sold by property investment company Palace Capital to Bolton-based developer Seddon for £1.55m.

Acting jointly with Knight Frank on behalf of Palace, GVA has sold 68,000sq ft Allen House on Ashton Road. Colliers International acted for Seddon Developments.

Strategically located in Stockport’s pre-eminent industrial area and within 250 yards of Junction 26 of the M60 motorway, it is Seddon’s intention to submit planning and redevelop the site to provide smaller, high quality units on a freehold and rental basis.

GVA has been retained by Seddon together with Colliers to market the redeveloped units.
