£26m conversion of Strand Plaza into luxury apartments starts in Liverpool

Work has begun on the £26m conversion of Strand Plaza in Liverpool into luxury residential units with views of the city’s famous Three Graces – the Liver Building, the Port of Liverpool Building and the Cunard Building.

Believed to be the last property in development on The Strand, the previously disused office complex has now been bought by Primesite Developments and will undergo a full internal conversion and façade treatment.

The finished development will 130 comprise luxury studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with high-end fixtures and furnishings, for which planning permission is already in place.
