Sisk appointed to £247m Circle Square development

Stretford, Greater Manchester developer John Sisk & Son is the construction partner on Select’s £247m Affinity Living scheme at Circle Square in Manchester.

The multi-million pound deal will see Sisk deliver 677 apartments.

Select’s Affinity Living scheme is split across two buildings and comprises of 677 apartments and 16,000sq ft of amenity space.

This includes shared lounge areas, co-working spaces, supersized gyms and private entertaining spaces.

The announcement comes at a pivotal period of growth for Affinity Living as the ambitious brand is scheduled to deliver over 1,800 apartments in Manchester alone over the next three years with a combined GDV of £644m.

Circle Square is a joint venture partnership between Select Property Group and Bruntwood.

The collaborative and connected space at the heart of Corridor Manchester, will be surrounded by world leading centres of knowledge, science and technology, business, art, music and dance.

Select is developing the residential component of the scheme with its Affinity Living and Vita Student scheme. Its 604 unit Vita Student residence is in development and will open in September 2017.
