Knight Knox, the specialist property consultancy based in Manchester, has announced the complete sell-out of 193 luxury apartments in Liverpool city centre. , even before construction work is complete

Silkhouse Court – developed by Fortis Developments, in conjunction with Signature Living – is a £25m scheme comprising of spacious studios and large one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which have been snapped up by investors.

Construction work at the 15-storey apartment tower, which boasts outstanding views of Liverpool and the River Mersey, is expected to conclude in Q4 2017.

Silkhouse Court – a converted building from the 1980s – is Knight Knox’s 24th development in partnership with Fortis.

The contemporary complex is complete with an on-site gymnasium, secure bicycle storage and concierge service, as well as 48 private parking spaces for residents.

Located on Tithebarn Street in the heart of Liverpool’s bustling city centre, Silkhouse Court only a short walk from the famous Albert Dock.
