Gibbs Hybrid Workforce Solutions – a global specialist in innovative hybrid workforce solutions – is expanding its operations in Manchester by opening a larger office on Deansgate and doubling its headcount by creating 50 jobs.

The new office is based in the heart of the city and will become Gibbs’ talent sourcing and delivery hub – designed to service its growing local client base as well as a supporting veterans and other ex-military professionals get back into work.

Gibbs is a tier one supplier to several blue chip and FTSE100 companies.

The talent sourcing and delivery hub will offer clients access to and visibility of talent across all permanent and contingent labour as well as core and sole supplier roles.

Ameera Francis, director of the hub said: “Opening a larger office in Manchester is a natural business progression for us – we aim to provide our clients with a second-to-none service that is on their doorstep.

“As a business, we are constantly innovating ways to ensure that our clients are equipped with the best talent to fulfil their workforce demands.

“Evolving from a traditional recruitment start-up, we have become a single partner of choice for a multitude of people-based workforce solutions.

“However, as a company, we also believe in giving back to the community where we are based.

“With that in mind, we wanted to offer a helping hand to the ex-military professionals in the area who may need extra support to find work and utilise their many talents in civilian life.

“That’s why we are creating the hub for them at our new premises. Furthermore, I am proud that our move to a larger office will also facilitate the creation of 50 jobs over the coming months. I strongly believe everyone deserves a chance to succeed.”
