Cooper said: “It’s a great time to join Ernst & Young particularly during a period when the coalition Government has confirmed plans for nuclear new build and several decommissioning programmes are also underway around the country with a major proportion of that expenditure in the North West at Sellafield”.

Stephen Church, Ernst & Young advisory partner, added: “This is a key appointment for the Manchester office and part of our national investment across the nuclear sector. Tim brings a wealth of nuclear industry knowledge to the team and will be tasked with growing our practice.”
