Toolstation and Howdens stand by to move to trading estate

work continuing at Victoria Trading Estate

The speculatively built new phase at Victoria Trading Estate in Oldham will be completed soon with anchor tenants Toolstation and Howdens taking occupation shortly afterwards.

This site has prominent main road frontage and lies just minutes away from Junction 22 of the M60.

The site totals about 30,000sq ft and with various sized trade counter units still available, ranging from 2,600 to 6,100sq ft.

Jonathan Pickles, from  sole agent for the scheme Nolan Redshaw, said: “Our clients at Maple Grove have identified this site as a superb opportunity for trade counters with its location just off the motorway.

“We have agreed terms with major operators and are seeing further demand on the remaining units as the site nears completion.”
