Fylde property developer doubles profits to £453K

Fylde-based property developer Kensington Developments has more than doubled its pre-tax profits to £453,000 from £199,000 despite a small dip in turnover.

For the year to August, 2016, the Lytham St Annes firm’s revenue was £8.9m compared to £9m in 2015.

The family-owned company employed an average of 29 people during the period.

In 2015, it received a £14m loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland for a development of 109 on the Fylde Coast.
