Property People: Roger Hannah expands; Former JLL COO joins Eddisons; and more

Roger Hannah & Co's compulsory purchase team

Roger Hannah & Co has expanded its compulsory purchase team by appointing Jordan Gold as a graduate surveyor.

Gold joins from David Samuel Properties where he established a firm grounding in commercial property and client care.

He will be working alongside Simon Cook, Stephen Lashmar and Angela Juszczyk in the firm’s compulsory purchase team.  The specialist team act nationwide advising both claimants affected by CPO’s and scheme promoters.

With HS2 gathering momentum resulting in an influx of instructions, Gold will support the team who act exclusively for property owners affected.

Cook, director and head of office, said: “Jordan joins us at an incredibly exciting time for our department.  There are a number of high profile schemes which we are currently involved with including Crossrail, the A565 Highway improvement scheme in Liverpool and the Brent Cross redevelopment in North West London.  Jordan will be involved in all aspects of compulsory purchase work and we look forward to supporting him through the APC process to professional qualification.”
