Convergys takes big chunk of space at Regent Place
Customer outsourcing specialist Convergys has taken 22,780sq ft of space at Regent Place on Salford Quays.
Acting on behalf of landlord Salf Investments, WHR Property Consultants has secured the new occupier in Regent Court on a three-year lease where the quoting rental level is at £12.50 per sq ft for the refurbished office accommodation.
Regent Court and New Court are situated on a prominent site off Regent Road in Salford Quays and total 60,000 sq ft.
Mark Cooke of WHR Property Consultants, said: “This latest deal follows on from the letting at the adjacent building, New Court where London Health and Wellness took part of the ground floor totaling 3,410 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
“Even though only one floor within the estate has been refurbished, we are continuing to attract interest from occupiers who are keen to take advantage of Salford Quays’ strategic location close to the motorways, metrolink and city centre. Only 20,655 sq ft now remains available in Regent Court and 11,500 sq ft in New Court.”
