The UK’s largest independent reprographics company Hobs Repro has moved on to Birchwood Park in Warrington.

It will occupy 2,000sq ft of space at the park’s business and leisure destination The Centre, where there are meeting rooms, network spaces and a restaurant and gym.

Moving from Winwick Quay in Warrington,Hobs Repro brings its Print Centre to the park to provide clients with a catalogue of services, from marketing material, to bid support and CAD drawings, as well as 3D services such as virtual reality and laser scanning.

Craig Horwood, managing director at Hobs Group, said: “Birchwood Park is a unique asset to the North West as it brings small and large businesses together, providing them with the network and facilities to achieve ambitious goals.

“We already have a number of clients on the park that we’ve serviced for many years, many of which have asked us to relocate here, so it made complete sense for us to bring our services to a place that could offer great convenience for all parties.

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Patrizia UK-managed Birchwood Park, added: “It is our thriving business community that sets us apart from other office locations in the North West, so it is encouraging to hear occupiers recognise this as a driver for new business and valuable contacts.
