Jones Homes celebrates return to Bolton area

The Hollin

A new development of prestigious homes has been launched in the Bolton satellite town of Horwich by Jones Homes.

The development at Rivington Grange on Victoria Road will provide 129 properties, including two and three-bedroom mews, and four- bedroom townhouses and detached homes.

Jones Homes says it is delighted to be back building in the Bolton area. The housebuilder has enjoyed much success in the area over the years, most recently at Smithills Coaching House, off Smithills Dean Road, and Clevelands, off Chorley New Road.

To showcase the selection, style and superior specification of a Jones home, three show homes will open at Rivington Grange this winter.

The Thornton and Birch are both three-bedroom mews homes, while the Hollin is a four- bedroom detached family home.

Gemma Pownall, sales and marketing director at Jones Homes, said: “We are thrilled to officially launch Rivington Grange.

“The plans for the development are exceptional and we are very looking forward to seeing the site take shape.

“Bolton is, and has been for many, many years, a very significant area for Jones Homes. With a long and successful history of building in the region, we are confident Rivington Grange will exceed expectations and with its sought after location, be in high demand.”

The development is close to excellent primary and secondary schools and benefits from good transport links, including the M61, as well as excellent shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Horwich Golf Club is on the doorstep, Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park is just a short drive away, and the development is situated on the edge of the West Pennine Moors.
