Roger Hannah to market vacant shops in Salford

Manchester-based chartered surveyor and property management specialist Roger Hannah & Co has been appointed as agent to market four vacant shops in a Salford retail parade.

The properties on Phoebe Street off Trafford Road (A5063), which connect to the M602 half a mile away, range in size from 353sq ft to 1,278sq ft.

Roger Hannah was appointed by owner, the national commercial property and investment company LCP.

Robert Gann, of Roger Hannah, said: “We are pleased to be appointed as marketing agents for the Phoebe Street retail parade following on from our successful collaboration with LCP at Old Market, Blackley (Manchester), which is now fully let.

“Using our market experience we hope to maximise the exposure of the units to national, regional and local levels in order to secure best returns for our client.”
