Property PR specialist becomes agency’s Northern director

Property public relations specialist Anna de la Perrelle has become director of London-based agency 26 Letters PR’s Northern division.
She will work alongside fellow director Christine Webb and managing director David Martin as the company bolsters the specialist property and placemaking communication agency’s presence in the North West.
De la Perrelle Anna has worked in property PR for almost 20 years, most recently running her own successful business, delaPR.
Her remit at 26 Letters will include building the agency’s presence and client base in Manchester and working with the team on national clients.
26 Letters works with a wide range of property related clients with a reach throughout the UK and mainland Europe, providing them with media relations, social media, business development, events and strategic business services.
It opened its Manchester office in October, 2016, based out of Barton Arcade. The team has extensive experience in property PR and has worked with some of the biggest names in property from FTSE 100 PLCs to highly regarded specialist independent businesses.
David Martin said: “Manchester has one of the most active property scenes in the country and we see the North West as a key growth area for the business.
“Anna is unquestionably one of the best connected and most respected property PRs in Manchester. Over the years she has established a strong and loyal client base, who we look forward to getting to know and working with.”
De la Perrelle said: “Joining 26 Letters gives me the opportunity to build on what I have already achieved with delaPR and by being part of a national agency, increase the level of service that I can offer clients.
“There is a clear synergy between the way we work and our approach to business, with skill sets that complement each other.
“Manchester’s place on the national and international stage as a city to invest in and develop has been growing rapidly and more and more often businesses based in the regions are looking for communications support from agencies that have a broad reach.”
