Fit-out specialist transforms space in image of own HQ
Office fit-out designer and contractor Spatial Office Environments has transformed 6 St George’s Court, part of the wider Altrincham Business Park, in Greater Manchester.
The company bought the 6,000sq ft self-contained building for its own headquarters. It then created its own offices on the first floor and has now carried out the same finish on the ground floor to accommodate state of the art efficient managed office spaces.
Spatial Office Environments director Elliott Pace said: “It wasn’t so long ago that we were a new, aspiring business.
“Beyond having a space in which we could showcase the very best of our Interior Design and fit-out capabilities, we wanted to give something back to the local business community.
“A community that helped us get off the ground in those early days. By offering elegant Grade A office suites at more affordable prices, we’re providing a valuable resource which will allow any ambitious business reach that next level.”
The first suite has already been let to B Square Controls, bespoke software engineers providing control solutions, covering a multitude of sections including, tunnels, highways, rail and power stations.
