Midpoint 18 office building sold from £750K guide price

A prominent office building on Midpoint 18 business park in Middlewich, Cheshire has been sold from a guide price of £750,000.

The 13,107 sq ft building has been acquired by mass spectrometry firm, Isotopx, which is relocating from smaller premises on the estate.

Situated over two floors, Dalton House offers an open plan layout and benefits from 43 dedicated parking spaces. It has 43 dedicated parking spaces.

Commercial property surveyor Legat Owen has secured the sale.

Located two miles west off junction 18 on the M6, Midpoint 18 is a well located mixed-use business park and has established itself as one of the North West’s most successful business locations, providing a pivot between the north and south.
