Altrincham office building sold for £550,000 plus

A self-contained office building in Altrincham, Greater Manchester has been bought by  Office Insight for more than £550,000.workplace design and build specialist.

Unit 1 Pacific Road, at Century Park, will serve as the company’s headquarters.

The two-storey property provides 4,432 sq ft of accommodation with 25 car spaces.

Office Insight will use its own expertise to fit-out the un-refurbished building.
