Lexington North on move into Queens House

Queens House

Lexington North, the company behind Lexington Communications, has taken 3,226 sq ft of office space at Queens House on Queen Street in Manchester.

The company are relocating from the Zenith Building in Spring Gardens after signing a five-year lease.

The deal was struck on behalf of clients of CBRE Global Investors by CBRE’s Manchester office agency team. Lexington North was represented by Edwards & Co.

The new letting follows on from the expansion of existing fourth floor tenant E3 Creative which leased further space on the fifth floor. At present only 3,339 sq ft remains available within Queens House with the second floor under offer.

Recently fully refurbished, Queens House provides occupiers with grade A office accommodation and leisure facilities in a contemporary space.

OBI are the joint agents alongside CBRE.

Jonathan Cook, senior surveyor at CBRE’s Manchester office, said: “The property offers the perfect location for companies seeking a high standard of Grade A office accommodation within an attractive and popular area of Manchester’s thriving Central Business District. This has proven to be a popular property, with only one vacant floor remaining for prospective tenants.”
