Vietnamese food outlet opening in Palatine Road unit

Vietnam Food Ltd has snapped units 336-338 Palantine Road in Northenden, Greater Manchester for a new food outlet.

The unit comprising 1,687 sq ft of ground floor retail space has been taken on a 15-year lease at a rent of £25,000 per annum. It has agreed a 15 year lease at an initial rent of £25,000 per annum.

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, which manages the parade of seven retail units for the landlord Agrolodge, said: “There is always demand for this parade of shops and any unit coming onto the market is let very quickly and this was no exception with a stream of enquiries.
