Property firm moves into new Manchester city centre office

RMG move into Canada House

Property management agents The Residential Management Group (RMG) has opened a new Manchester office as its Northern business continue to grow at pace.

RMG manages over 51,000 homes in the north alone – with a further 43,000 homes across the UK.

The firm has secured a pipeline of 25,000 houses in the region, with a large proportion of the portfolio in Manchester city centre.

It has opened a new office in the recently refurbished Canada House on Chepstow Street in the heart of the city.

Its clients in the city include institutional landlords, resident management companies and large developers such as Urban Splash, De Trafford and Artisan.

Justin Herbert, Director at RMG said: “The opening up in Manchester was a natural progression and in response to the growth we have seen.

“We recognise our customers want to see our managers on site and we have to be in a position to respond quickly to issues as they arise and the local office helps this strategy.”

RMG say its growth is based on having an infrastructure with clear focus on compliance and excellent customer service to support their property managers on their developments.

It has now expanded its contact centre opening to 24/7 to allow its customers to contact them by whatever form they prefer – from online chat and WhatsApp to telephone or letter at a time suitable for them.

Justin Herbert said the team, which includes a dedicated development manager for the city centre are committed to Manchester.

He added: “The team love working in the centre and we recognise managing people’s homes brings a great responsibility.

“We recognise that while having the support of our infrastructure is important, the key to our success is having our managers on site monitoring services and meeting customers.”
