Clydesdale House, a five-storey student accommodation building in central Manchester, has been sold by agent GVA for an undisclosed sum.
Boasting a prime location in the heart of Manchester on Turner Street, the 41,047 sq ft building offers a significant investment opportunity, with a monthly rent of £18,860.
