Sandbach’s first crowdfunded property developments launch

The first crowdfunded property developments to be built in Sandbach have been launched by House Crowd Developments, bringing more than 21,000 sq ft of exclusive homes to the market town.

Part of the multi-award winning The House Crowd group of companies, House Crowd Developments’ Parkside on Congleton Road and Springfields on Coppenhall Way are now available to buy.

Rather than using traditional bank finance, the schemes are crowdfunded by local investors via The House Crowd, a peer-to-peer lending platform.

Emma Lakin, head of sales at House Crowd Developments, said: “Not only is Sandbach a charming and popular town at the heart of South East Cheshire, the development of HS2 will soon make the area one of the most connected in the UK.

Located adjacent to Sandbach Park and just a five minute walk from the town centre, Parkside comprises 14 prestigious two and three-bedroom semi-detached homes. Prices start from £182,500.

Close to Sandbach’s cobbled squares and historic architecture, Springfields is a mixed development of 10 semi-detached, three-bedroom homes offering large plot sizes of more than 1,000 sq ft and very high specification finishes. Prices start from £255,000.
