Davies Harrison sells development site in Hyde

Acting on behalf of CDP Marshall, Davies Harrison Real Estate has sold 6.65 acres of residential development land in Hyde to Bellway Homes for an undisclosed sum.
Bellway Homes has secured detailed planning permission to build 78 new detached and semi-detached homes.
The brownfield site is situated off Dukinfield Road, close to both Hyde and Dukinfield town centres.
Rick Davies, of Davies Harrison Real Estate, says: “We had very strong interest from a number of residential developers for this site but Bellway provided the most competitive offer and coupled with its strong track record for delivery, we were quickly able to negotiate a deal that suited all parties.”
CDP Marshall has also just completed the construction of the neighbouring Broadway 67 – a 35,500 sq ft speculatively built warehouse including 2,000 sq ft of high quality two storey office accommodation.
The unit is available for immediate occupation with quoting rental levels £6.50 per sq ft leasehold and is also available to purchase.
Davies Harrison and JLL are the retained agents for the building.
