Building firm sets sights on expansion with new London offices
Building contractor McGoff Construction has announced plans to open a new office in London.
The company, based in Altrincham, recently celebrated 45 years in business and is marking the milestone by opening a second office in the capital.
The new office will open later this year.
The firm has a number of clients in the capital and has a number of leading southern based projects.
A southern presence will allow McGoff to strengthen and build stronger relationships with new and existing clients, consultants and design teams both in the UK and overseas.
Head of pre-construction JP Singleton will take up the post of regional director at the new office.
An Urban Regeneration Professional with over 18 years’ experience combining site management, planning and project management,JP will head up the regional branch during 2018 whilst continuing to oversee the Groups development programme with New Care, Villafont and Barchester Healthcare.
Group Commercial Director Dave McGoff said: “Our success has confirmed that the time is right for us to open our second office. London is the perfect location for us to launch the next generation of our work and to build upon the strong relationships that we have forged with our clients, consultants and design teams from across the UK.”
