Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell The Hub Alehouse & Kitchen and The Refinery, Kitchen Bar & Live Music in Liverpool city centre, together with Bistro Jacques, a French restaurant in Shrewsbury, on behalf of Bistro Qui?
The Hub Alehouse and Kitchen occupies the ground and lower ground floors of the Grade II-listed Casartelli Building in a prominent position at the junction of Duke Street and Hanover Street, ideally situated to benefit from passing trade from the nearby Liverpool One shopping centre and Albert Dock.
