Scaffold firm launches with £10m contract under its belt

Newly-launched Merseyside-based company Teal Scaffold has secured more than £10m-worth of contract work within its first week of trading.

After recognising the demand for reliable and high quality scaffolding services in the local area, Teal Scaffold was established to meet this demand.

Teal Scaffolding is part of the Carroll Group, which is part of property management and development organisation The Sovini Group.

The deal is linked to a consortium of Carroll Build and Sovini Property Services to deliver services to Merseyside housing provider One Vision Housing over the next 10 years.

The company launch event was held at Teal Scaffold’s premises on the Knowsley Industrial Estate.

Eleven scaffold operatives have been hired, including four local recruits.

Teal Scaffolding operations manager Dan McGregor said: “We’re excited to work in partnership with construction and developer organisations in the North West.

“The team we’ve brought together are experts in their field and I’m looking forwarding to establishing Teal Scaffold as a major player in the scaffold industry.”

The Carroll Group was formed in 2013 and offers building-related services to clients.
