Top speakers to appear at SME business breakfast

 

 

As part of a week-long series look at SMEs TheBusinessDesk.com is holding a business breakfast in partnership with one of Manchester’s top  law firms.

The week is also being co-sponsored by Enterprise Tax Consultants and GC Business Growth Hub.

The event, as well as offering an opportunity for networking and organised in partnership with JMW, will include a panel discussion exploring the themes around building and running a flourishing business.

The business breakfast is taking place at JMW’s offices in Spinningfields, Manchester and will start at 8am on Tuesday, November 20th.

The discussion is being chaired by Michael Ribbeck, North West editor of TheBusinessDesk.com.

The panellists will include:

Joy Kingsley – senior partner at JMW will share her experiences of growing the business into one of Manchester’s largest independent law firms  with a staff of more than 500.

David Byrne – chief financial officer at Converge TS works with business of all shapes and sizes across the North West. Prior to joining the cloud computing specialist he was a senior player in PWC’s corporate finance team.

Ged Rooney – a director at Bardsley Construction has been a key player in the development of multi-award winning building firm.

Nick Ford – chief executive at Odesma Outsourced  launched the business in 2014.  Nick has built up 30 year’s procurement experience, working with multiple businesses across different sectors and borders.

Gordon Kermode – former HR director at Kellogg’s.
