Scapa sticks with Cheshire’s Instep

TAPE manufacturer Scapa Group has selected a Cheshire-based training company to deliver a bespoke ‘management essentials’ programme for its European, Asian and US staff.

The company – which has its headquarters in Tameside – has commissioned Instep UK to devise a course to develop skills in the areas of ‘managing yourself and others’ and ‘managing change and the team’ for 40 employees.

The training will be provided in Ashton under Lyne as well as Connecticut, in the USA. The value of the contract has not been released.

Julie Hulme, Scapa’s Group HR Director, said: “We considered several providers for this programme but it was Instep UK that stood out. What attracted us most to Instep was their tailored approach to meeting our specific development and business requirements.”
