Peel Land & Property and The Regenda Group have confirmed that works are due to recommence on site at Plaza 1821 following Bolton-based Forrest Construction going into administration in December 2018.

Peel L&P have completed an agreement with Vermont Construction to resume construction works at the end of this month.
