Broken down HGV causing delays on M56 Westbound

The M56 currently has delays of at least 35 minutes Westbound between J12 and J15.

The delays are due to a broken down HGV with lanes two and three closed between J14 and J15.

A recovery crew is currently on scene.

For traffic approaching the delays locally, you are advised to expect disruption with extra journey time and you may wish to re-route or delay your journey.

If travelling towards this area from much farther afield, you may wish to change your strategic route, allow extra travel time and follow guidance from on-road variable message signs and media.
