Investment firm snaps up medical specialist
An investment specialist based in Lancashire has added another business to its portfolio.
Chorley based FL360 (now trading as handl Group), the portfolio management company that owns brands such as Speed Medical Examination Services, Corporé, Medical Legal Appointments (MLA) and Foresight Clinical Services, has acquired Jan Harrison Limited, trading as Harrison Associates.
Harrison Associates will remain an autonomous business unit and will continue to focus on providing customer excellence.
Harrison Associates provides catastrophic injury based case management, rehabilitation and expert witness services to the healthcare, social, litigation and insurance sectors.
With over 34 years’ experience and a national network of more than 60 associates, Harrison specialises in supporting people with life changing injuries.
Fonder Jan Harrison will remain with the organisation and will continue to head up clinical service delivery and innovation while the existing management team will stay in place.
The move is the latest step in the ongoing acquisition strategy of handl Group and reinforces its commitment to broadening its market leading medical evidence and treatment proposition.
