A new co-working hub opening next month which will provide members with access to some of Manchester’s leading creative professionals within an area of the city currently undergoing £1.1bn of regeneration.

Use.Space is the brainchild of David Walter – the founder of Seventy7 – one of the UK’s top independent international creative content agencies.

Use.Space will have 134 spaces, which are available for a curated group of start-ups and established businesses from across all industries, including the city’s burgeoning tech scene.

Members who join will enjoy dedicated work zones, a world food cafe and a light-filled botanical atrium.

The 14,000 sq ft space shares the same campus as Seventy7 – allowing easy access to some of the most well connected creative professionals in the city alongside 10,000 sq ft of production facilities for video, film and voice.

Use.Space’s David Walter said: “We’re disrupting the scene with something truly unique here at Use.Space.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming and helping like-minded individuals and businesses.

“This won’t just be a place to work. This will be a buzzing hive of innovation and co-creation amongst a carefully curated community of businesses and creators. As well as stimulating working environments, we also offer mentorship from leading business schools and universities to members who we will welcome as friends and family.

“We also provide members access to a range of investment houses and high wealth individuals whose funding and expertise can help power growth.”

The campus is located in Ardwick – just five minutes on foot from Piccadilly Station.

The area is set to be transformed as part of the £1.1bn Mayfield redevelopment – which is seen as one of the most important regeneration opportunities in the city for a generation.

Developers hope to build a mixed-use community including a 6.5 acre park, world-class office space, homes and leisure facilities.

Further Use.Space benefits include a busy calendar of tailored in-house events delivered by experts from across the entire business spectrum –  providing members with precious insight into how to successfully scale and grow firms. Regular co-branded workshops will also be held – offering a cross-pollination of communities through collaborative thinking.
