Speedy sponsors racing yard

TOOL hire firm Speedy has sponsored Cheshire horse racing yard Rob Lloyd Racing in a two year deal.

Owned by Rob Lloyd, one of the stars of Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire series and the chief executive of property group Eatonfield, the Tarporley-based yard includes stabling for more than 52 horses, menages, walkers, hydrotherapy spa and 2 all-weather gallops.

As a sponsor, Speedy will be able to offer its guests full hospitality at the yard’s owners’ lounge including a champagne breakfast after a morning trip to the gallops to watch the horses exercise.

Mr Lloyd said: “We are delighted to welcome Speedy on board at such an exciting time. Our trainer Pat Morris has got off to a good start with several winners already this year so we are expecting a great season which can only be of benefit to Rob Lloyd Racing and our new sponsor, Speedy.”
