University instructs Legat Owen to market Wrexham housing site
Wrexham Glyndŵr University has appointed chartered surveyors Legat Owen to market a surplus site which has secured residential planning permission at the July planning committee.
Outline planning permission has been approved for the development of up to 401 apartments on a 7.38-acre site to the rear of the university’s Plas Coch campus fronting Plas Coch Retail Park.
