Avison Young appointed to market Stockport scheme

Acting on behalf of Pentith Limited, Avison Young has been appointed to market Artemis House on Greek Street in Stockport.

The 12,300 sq ft building is one of the only self-contained buildings of its size in Stockport and is in a prominent location close to the junction with the A6 Wellington Road South.
