Work starts on £8m Riverview Business Park scheme
Redsun Projects has started construction on its new £8m development at Riverview Road, Bromborough.
The Wirral project will include a new 70,000 sq ft headquarters for Oh Polly, the online fashion retailer.
The new Oh Polly building will be completed in Spring of 2020 and once fully operational could employ up to 500 staff.
Liverpool-based Redsun has appointed Portal Construction NW as main contractors to deliver the Riverview Business Park industrial scheme, along with a design team consisting of C4 Projects, Muir Associates and Crookes Walker Consulting.
The development comprises three units totalling 115,000 sq ft.
Redsun acquired the seven-acre Riverview Road site from Wirral Borough Council.
The site sits within the Wirral International Business Park which is already home to a number of high-profile occupiers, including Smylie, Evoke Creative, Regal Wholesale and Meyer Prestige.
