Planning permission granted for 39 Lancashire homes

MCI Developments, part of the UK’s partnership home builder Keepmoat Homes, has received planning permission to deliver 39 new homes on Rosslyn Avenue, Preesall, in Lancashire.
Work is expected to start on site in October with the new homes being delivered for Jigsaw Homes Group, which MCI Developments has a strong partnership with, working with them on several developments over the past few years.
MCI Developments regional managing director, Alex Wood, said: “It’s excellent news to have been granted planning permission by Wyre Borough Council and we are looking forward to starting on site shortly.”
