Joint letting agent appointed on prominent city centre site

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by MMA Holdings as joint letting agent on 101 Embankment, Cathedral Approach in Manchester.

101 Embankment comprises 105,794 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation arranged over six contiguous floorplates and is available for immediate occupation.

The scheme is a prominent landmark overlooking Manchester Cathedral in the heart of the city centre.

It is situated near Manchester’s retail and leisure amenities including the Corn Exchange and Harvey Nichols and is within a five-minute walk of both Victoria Station and the Exchange Square Metro Link station.

Toby Nield, associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency team in Manchester, said: “101 Embankment has a major presence in Manchester city centre.

“The current supply of existing Grade A stock has reached an all-time low with just 170,000 sq ft immediately available.

Cushman & Wakefield will work jointly with Colliers International on the leasing project.
