Firm swoops for senior staff from business which ceased trading

Four senior staff from a firm which has ceased trading have been headhunted by a Manchester chartered surveyors.

Eddisons has announced that it has recruited the four senior members of Wilmslow chartered surveying firm Atlas One.

Atlas One, which has recently ceased trading, was a valuation-focused multi-disciplinary property consultancy.

The firm, which was set up 2009, was headed by directors James Staveley and Matt Silas, both of whom who will join Eddisons.

Eddisons has also taken on their colleagues Dan Sidlow and Thomas Sztejer.

Joining Eddisons’ Manchester-based valuation department, the four will continue to provide a range of valuation services to lenders and property owners across the North West.

Phil Deakin, who heads Eddisons’ northern valuation division, said: “Atlas One have built an excellent reputation, particularly for real estate valuation services, over the course of the last 10 years.

“We are delighted to welcome the team on board and there are a number of synergies to be capitalised upon and clients in common.”

Eddisons is a multi-disciplinary firm of chartered surveyors. Established in 1844, it operates across the UK.
